We provide junk removal, dumpster rentals, valet trash and light demolition services in Central Florida. Service availability, timing and scope depend on location, access, weather and crew availability.

• Quotes given by phone, text, email or photo are estimates until the crew sees the job on-site.
• Junk removal pricing is based on the volume the items occupy in our truck and any special handling required.
• Final pricing is confirmed on-site before work begins. You may decline before work starts at no charge.
• Additional charges may apply for heavy materials, hazardous items, stairs, long carries or extended labor.

Appointment windows are estimates and may shift due to traffic, weather or earlier jobs. Please give us as much notice as possible to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may result in a trip fee.

We cannot haul hazardous materials, including paint, solvents, chemicals, fuel, asbestos, medical or biohazardous waste, and certain quantities of tires. If prohibited items are discovered on-site, we may refuse them or charge for proper disposal.

• Ensure safe and legal access to the property and items to be removed.
• Confirm you own the items or are authorized to have them removed.
• Remove valuables, documents and personal items before the crew arrives — removal is final.
• Obtain any HOA, landlord or municipal permission required for dumpster placement.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept common payment methods as noted at the time of booking. Past-due balances may accrue reasonable late fees and collection costs.

Promotions advertised on this website or on social platforms such as Facebook and Instagram are limited to our service area, may not be combined with other offers, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. We carry general liability insurance and take care with your property. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear from access routes such as driveways and doorways, or for items removed at your direction. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
